The new hotel is an urban luxury escape. It is a buzzing, day-to-night hotel with great music and lots of space to unwind. The hotel features 318 rooms facing the sea, each equipped with our CS® tracks and KS® tracks. Additionally, curtain tracks have been cleverly utilized as room dividers and to separate the closets. KS track systems have been applied in combination with Forest Easyflex wave system for the sheer fabric curtains.
Guests / residents can sleep undisturbed at any time of the day because no daylight can enter the room through the curtains due to a black-out solution. CS track systems have been applied in combination with extended 15 cm overlap master carrier for the black-out fabric main curtains.

A fresh new project in the heart of Jumeirah, developed and managed by Meraas Holding, City walk represents the new place to be in Dubai.
The project consists of a shopping mall and 34 five and six-floor low-rise buildings in pavilion style, all with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom appartments, of which the interior design was done by LW Design Group LLC.
The interior fit-out contractor in charge of the window decorations was Zen Studio & Morganti Khattab Fabrics LLC.

The Promont is a completed project of TATA Housing Development Company Ltd and consists of 4 residential towers, which are the tallest buildings in Bengaluru.
The 320 double height appartments have been fitted with materials of the highest standard and luxury. Each room is designed with an emphasis on glass windows and minimal obstructions to enjoy the view to the fullest, all appartments have been fitted by our Indian partners A to Z Lifestyle (Forest India) with Forest Shuttle® motorized tracks, which are controlled by the building management system.

The hotel with 328 guest rooms and 24 suites has been fitted with KS® Klick System and CS® Contract System, as well as the Residence appartments.
