PROFILE

BENDING/CURVING

The FMS® rail is bendable, making it ideal for bay windows and other situations with bends. The motorised rail can be bent at one or two 90-degree angles, with a minimum bending radius of 20 cm (7.9'').

An electric bending machine is available for larger bends, which can also realise semi-circular shapes and large bends. This allows the FMS® to adapt effortlessly to any space

THE SHUTTLE® MOTOR

The electric FMS® track is powered by the reliable Forest Shuttle® curtain motor. All Shuttle® options are applicable for the FMS®, so there is always a solution to suit your situation.

  • Shuttle L: suitable for most applications. Maximum curtain weight: 40 kg.
  • Shuttle L with Z-Wave: for integration with home automation via the Z-Wave protocol.
  • Shuttle M: for heavy curtains. Maximum curtain weight: 70 kg.
  • Shuttle M with Z-Wave: for home automation integration with heavier curtains.
  • Shuttle iOn: battery motor, ideal when there is no socket nearby.
CONTROLLING THE FMS®

The FMS® motorised rail is designed to operate curtains in a smart, comfortable and efficient way. Whether you choose control via a remote control, an app, or hands-free convenience with voice control, you decide how and when to open or close the curtains. In addition, the FMS® integrates effortlessly with popular home automation systems and smart home hubs.

  • Remote control or wall switch: control your curtains easily with the RF EasyTouch® remote control or with the Forest wall switch.
  • Forest Connect app: control the curtains from wherever you want with the Forest Connect app.
  • Voice control: with a voice command, close the curtain within seconds. From your sofa or armchair, it couldn't be easier.
